Try Bone-In Barbecue’s Stuffed Collards at the New Restaurant in the BullStreet Neighborhood

This classic from the Bone-In Barbecue Food Truck is making its way onto the menu at the new brick and mortar restaurant, now open.

Bone-In Barbeque is now open in the BullStreet District. Bone-In Barbeque is located in the historic Ensor Building, adjacent to the entry plaza of Spirit Communications Park, home of the Columbia Fireflies Minor League Baseball team.

The casual-dining restaurant features roll-up garage doors and a large outdoor patio where guests can meet up for a local beer, frosé or craft cocktail before and after games.

The restaurant will open for dinner Tues. through Sat. from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The restaurant also will be open whenever there is a home Fireflies baseball game, Sun. through Sat. For day home games, including Sunday afternoon games, the restaurant will open a few hours before first pitch.

Bone-In expects to begin lunch service this summer, and eventually, weekend brunch. Catering and bulk pick-up orders are available now.

While more formally composed meals are on offer as well, the menu at Bone-In Barbeque features fan favorite sandwiches and starters such as Hall’s iconic smoked pulled pork or hickory-Hoisin brisket sandwiches, served on scratch-made focaccia buns; a crispy chicken and waffle club with a lemon zest waffle; bacon-wrapped mac and cheese; fried green tomatoes; Panko-fried oysters; vegan stuffed collards; and fresh-fried Bone Chips smothered in brisket chili with pepper jack and scallions.

Hall’s signature housemade charcuterie (featuring chorizo rillettes and smoked brisket pastrami), pimento cheese, pickles and more are on the menu as well.
