We all know college exams can be stressful, but the Ohio Pork Council has created a way to help students at Ohio State fuel up for the long study sessions and stressful tests with a BACON VENDING MACHINE. That’s right, for just $1 students can get a delicious bacony power boost to get them through the last two weeks before the Christmas break. “The Bacon Vending Machine is a unique and fun way for the Ohio Pork Council to support Ohio State students and promote the pork industry at the same time,” said David Shoup, Ohio Pork Council president-elect in an article on Ohio’s Country Journal.
The vending machine is supplied with shelf-stable bacon from Hormel, Sugardale, and Smithfield and all proceeds from the Bacon Vending Machine will go to benefit the meat science program.
We tip our hat and say well done Ohio State, and your move Clemson. When will Bacon Vending Machines make it to the Carolinas?
