Nelly, Ludacris among performers headed to Columbia for United Music Fest

He’s headed down, down baby your street in a Range Rover.

Hip-hop star Nelly is set to headline this year’s United Music Fest at Spirit Communications Park on Sept. 7.

A winner of multiple Grammys, Nelly is most known for his hits from his debut album “Country Grammar,” which included hits “Country Grammar” and “E.I.”

Joining the leader of the St. Lunatics in the first concert at Spirit Communications Park is Ludacris. The artist, who won a Grammy in 2007 for his album Release Therapy, has been influential in hip-hop culture since arriving on the scene in 2000.

Also performing at United Music Fest are Flo Rida and the Ying Yang Twins.
