Tasty Tomato Festival

City Roots- Columbia, SC

The 9th Annual Tasty Tomato Festival, presented by Sustainable Midlands, celebrates locally grown food, the people who grow it, eat it, buy it, sell it and cook with it.

The highly anticipated Tasty Tomato Contest isn’t the only exciting thing happening! There will be a free heirloom tomato tasting, tomato bobbing, local food and a craft beer garden at this kid-friendly event. Seven local and regional bands will play on two stages.

This expo was created to celebrate Entrepreneurial women of color. Learn about growing business, increasing revenue and brand exposure.

Young Artists Festival

701 Whaley Market- Columbia, SC

The 5th Annual Young Artists Festival is taking place at the 701 Whaley Market. This is a gathering of summer art camps in the Columbia area that features an exhibition of works by 701 Center for Contemporary Arts summer camp participants.

The event highlights and introduces various summer camp programs. Games and craft stations will keep kids of all ages entertained! This is free and open to the public.
