The official donut of the City of Chapin is a Chickenbutt Donut.
Yes. You read that correctly. Chickenbutt Donuts.
Tre Dabney, and his wife, Sue, decided to start a business making doughnuts. After buying a machine, they tested out recipes in their garage for months. The business partners decided to open up shop in November of 2018.
The name Chickenbutt Donuts came from the Dabney kids making a joke. It surely is a name that you won’t forget! You have to try Chickenbutt Donuts for yourself!
Each Chickenbutt Donut starts off as a Majestic Vanilla or Chocolate cake-like doughnut. You then add a glaze (Regular, Chocolate, Maple, Strawberry, Lemon, Raspberry, Peanut Butter or Caramel). If you’d like, you can then add a drizzle (Chocolate, Caramel, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Raspberry, Lemon, Blueberry or Key Lime).
The part that we all love are the toppings! You can go simple (Cinnamon Sugar, Powered Sugar, Regular Glaze, Chocolate Glaze or Sprinkles (Chocolate, Rainbow & Seasonal)) 0r deluxe (Buttercream Frosting, Bacon, Coconut, Peanuts (Chopped), Walnuts (Halves), Almond (Slivers), Pecan (Chopped), Fruit Loops, Fruity Pebbles, Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Oreos Crumbles, Pretzel Crumbles, Butterfinger Crumbles, Mini M & M’s, Heath Bar Crumbles, Reese’s Crumbles, Snickers Crumbles, Graham Cracker Crumbles).
Chickenbutt Donuts is located at 2130 Dutch Fork Rd, Suite B Chapin SC 29036. You can join the Chickenbutt community on Facebook or Instagram or Connect with them on their website chickenbuttdonuts.com.
